About Bill
As Vice President of International Money Movement Bill is responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of ADP’s international money movement organization. He has been a key participant in the roll out of payment services for ADP’s Payroll Clients in Canada, the U.K., Europe and now Asia Pac. He is also a member of the Senior Leadership team for ADP Canada.
During his 20+ year career with ADP, Bill has assumed increasingly senior roles in the company’s banking, tax and money movement functions, including the integration of the company’s bank payroll platform acquisitions in Canada, representing more than 20,000 clients and 1 million payment recipients. He was named Vice President, Canada Money Movement in 2010 and assumed his current role in 2013.
He is a graduate in Commerce from McMaster University, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and completed the Canadian Securities Course. He lives in the Toronto GTA and is an active member of the Canadian Payments Association (CPA) Stakeholder Advisory Council acting as Vice-Chair and sits on the Department of Finance consultative FINPAY committee for payments modernization in Canada.
What motivates you to do what you do?
Facilitating large movements of monies globally fascinates me.
How do you de-stress?
Hitting the gym.
What one word best describes you?
Friendly.
How did your earlier career/life choices lead you to where you are now?
Early on I landed in an Analyst role with Treasury exposure that ignited a passion.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would that be?
Canada...in my world travels it is truly one of the best places to be!
