Payments Canada announces new Vice President, Policy, Government Relations and Research
Payments Canada is pleased to welcome Paula Dunlop as the new Vice President, Policy, Government Relations and Research.
In this role, Paula will oversee these three important functions at Payments Canada that influence and enhance our work with key stakeholders and across the ecosystem. She will lead the teams responsible for Payments Canada’s high-quality and original research, policy analysis and development on issues related to the organization’s mandate, as well as interactions with key senior and influential stakeholders in the governmental and political landscapes. Paula will be part of Payments Canada’s Operational Leadership Team.
Paula joins us from the Dairy Farmers of Canada, where she was Senior Vice President. She has progressive experience in national industry association and non-profit management and member and stakeholder engagement, including 15 years with the Canadian Gas Association. She has successfully advanced public affairs strategies and facilitated strong relationships with elected officials, policy makers and non-government stakeholders.
